餅乾麵糰做好之後,可以用湯匙或是冰淇淋杓
把軟軟的麵糰舀到烤盤上進行烘烤。

作法:
1. 奶油、糖、鹽打發白
2. 蛋分次加入(才不會分離)
3. 粉類的部分過篩後加入拌勻
4. 4料的雜糧堅果加入拌勻
5. 直接用湯勺取適量大小放於烤盤上,
烤溫:170/120℃,25-30’
